RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 12888 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 as the petitioner shall report before any other police station within the Oddanchathiram taluk Limit daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m untill further orders.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAMEENAKSHI.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R. SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the 1/3

petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12888 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023 wherein, the petitioner was ordered to be appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there is a life threat at the hands of the relatives of the deceased, he seeks modification. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Ottanchathiram Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions are remain unchanged.
