ORDER

The learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, has sent a letter requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2019 as well as the cross appeal, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.04.2025.

3. The reason stated in the letter dated 23.10.2025 is accepted, and a further period of three months is granted to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
