The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation, dated 10.07.2025 in connection with the property situate in New S.No.675/14, old S.No.387/1, in Kadavur Taluk, 2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, her husband had constructed a house in the above mentioned property based on the order passed by the Additional Block Development Officer, Krishnarayapuram, dated 12.06.1998. Manaivari Thoraya patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner's father-in-law in manaivari Thoraya patta No.195. Till date, proper revenue patta was not issued in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, she submitted a representation, dated 10.07.2025 seeking regular patta in respect of the subject property, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court. 2/5

4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
