ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to make subdivision of the property situated, in Survey No.1/1B, Sekakalaikottai, Sankarapuram Panchayat, Sakkottai Union, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, as per the order passed by the first respondent dated 07.05.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Hemakarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he purchased 202.52 Square Meters of land under a sale deed dated 11.05.2020, in the above mentioned
survey number. He submitted an applications before the first respondent on 19.04.2025 in Application Nos.2025/0105/13/304502 and 2025/0105/23/304510, seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta in respect of the property purchased by him. Pursuant to the said applications, the first respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 6/1996/2025, dated 07.05.2025, directed the second respondent to subdivide the property and issue separate patta. Thereafter, the second respondent has not passed any order implementing the order passed by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that second respondent will act in accordance with the direction issued by the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to implement the order passed by the first respondent dated 07.05.2025 and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a
