ORDER
This Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the 1st and 2nd respondents/Contemnors for their willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 04.07.2022 made in W.P.(MD).No.14032 of 2022 under Contempt of Courts Act.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of investigation, the third respondent appeared and stated that he will return and hand over the article of jewelry, which belongs to his wife before the Sub Court, Melur, Madurai District, before which, HMOP No.72 of 2022 is pending. Because of the above said undertaking, further action was not taken and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.507 of 2022 before the concerned trial Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
