O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to reinvestigate the complaint by the Deputy Superintendent of Police within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District, who, in turn, conducted an enquiry and closed the same by the closure report dated 07.06.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner did not choose to file a private complaint on the closure report. Instead of doing so, the petitioner now approached this Court for reinvestigation of the same complaint. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.11805 of 2018 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint on the closure report submitted by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar.
