ORDER

The Transfer CMP is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.825 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.825/2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai for divorce and the same is pending. Now, the petitioner / wife and her child are residing along with the petitioner's parents at Tirunelveli. Hence, she filed this petition to transfer the case to the Court at Tirunelveli.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having a female child and she is residing at Tirunelveli along with her parents. Hence, she is unable to travel to Madurai from Tirunelveli for every hearing of the case. Therefore she would pray that the said HMOP shall be transferred to the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

4. Even though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause lists, no representation on behalf of the respondent.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner is having a female child and is unable to travel from Tirunelveli to Madurai for every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.600 of 2021 hearing of the case, H.M.O.P.No.825 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
