O R D E R

The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the fourth respondent herein had given a matrimonial complaint. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari's case has held that in matrimonial cases, preliminary enquiry will have to be held. The petitioners 1 and 2 undertake to appear before the third respondent on 07.12.2021 and cooperate with the enquiry. The third respondent or if necessary, the second respondent will conclude the enquiry on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.18852 of 2021 merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. If at the end of the enquiry, it is proposed to register any FIR, the petitioners will be given due notice of the same so that the petitioners will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 3.The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
