PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to delete the entries made in the register with regard to the properties in R.S.No.731/4, 731/5, 732/1A2, 732/1A4, Ittamozhi Village, Sathankulam Taluk and Thoothukudi District and old Sy. No.5/1, New S.No.335/19 Kombankulam Village, Sathankulam Taluk and Thoothukudi District based on the Civil Court decree passed in O.S.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Sathankulam.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to delete the entries made in the register with regard to the properties in R.S.No.731/4, 731/5, 732/1A2, 732/1A4, Ittamozhi Village, Sathankulam Taluk and Thoothukudi District and old Sy. No. 5/1, New S.No.335/19 Kombankulam Village, Sathankulam Taluk and Thoothukudi District based on the Civil Court decree passed in O.S.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Sathankulam.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner claim and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents. 2/4

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
