ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and to his property in Survey No.262/12A2 measuring 8.5 cents situated at Kannudaiyanpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and consequently give protection to construct house and put up fencing in the above mentioned property based on his representation dated 17.09.2021 in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
