Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to delete his name from the history sheet maintained by the third respondent.

3. If the petitioner has not come the adverse notice of the police for the preceding two years, then his request can be accepted. But the learned Government Advocate states that Crime No.147 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C. Therefore the petitioner's request cannot be accepted.
