ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct further investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 09.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.316 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on the ground of exceeding pecuniary limit.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be given liberty to approach the District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram. No costs.
