Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15589 of 2022 on 30.08.2022.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
