Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH D, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1458 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1458 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
