This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order passed in H.M.O.P.No.286 of 2023 dated 30.04.2025.

2. Notice was sent to the respondent and it has been served. The name of the respondent has also been printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
