This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.91 of 2021 registered on the file of Devakottai Town Police Station.

2.The de-facto complainant Selvam is present in person. He has been duly identified by Mr.S.Thinakaran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, attached to the first respondent Police Station. The defacto complainant stated that he does not want to pursue the matter.
