When the matter was called on 09.12.2022, inspite of listing under the caption for dismissal, the learned counsel for the appellant was absent and therefore, the same was directed to be listed today (12.12.2022) under the same caption. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is absent. It is clear that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the petition.
