(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.This writ petition had been filed on the premise that the respondents 3 and 4 are operating without getting the consent of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the Board submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 are very much having permission. But a recent inspection revealed that they are operating beyond the permitted capacity. For this, a show-cause notice has already been issued. The standing counsel informs the Court that the process will be taken to its logical conclusion. 4.We are satisfied that no further direction is required from this Court at this stage. Recording the stand of the second respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
