(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that part amount has already been settled to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that balance amount due to the petitioner will be settled within a period of four weeks. 3.In view of the said submission, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to settle the entire terminal benefits amount due to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
