ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Minority Institution seeking a Mandamus as against the third respondent to update the service details of one of their teachers.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, one Mrs.S.Devi, who was working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the institution was promoted as B.T Assistant (History). The order of promotion granted by 2/5
the School Management was approved by the District Educational Officer (Elementary Education) on 10.03.2025 with effect from 27.01.2025. The grievance of the Management is that, so far the salary of the concerned teacher has not been released and her service details have not been updated in IFHRMS portal.
3. Considering the above said facts, the respondents 3 and 4 herein are directed to update the service details and release the eligible arrears of salary and other benefits to Mrs.S.Devi, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
