ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed to issue a Mandamus to the first respondent to take immediate action to remove the fourth respondent from his illegal continuation in service at the third respondent temple within a time frame.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2024 will be considered and orders will be passed, after giving necessary notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks. 3.In view thereof, the first respondent is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representation, by giving necessary notice to all the parties 2/4

concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
