O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondent/contemnor for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15732 of 2023, dated 14.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that no formal complaint was lodged by the petitioner seeking enquiry with regard to the missing of a particular document. If it is so no enquiry can be undertaken by the respondent herein.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint before the respondent police.
