This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that sofar no complaint has been received by the second respondent against this petitioner.
