O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the State, aggrieved by the order, which is the subject of this contempt petition, has preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD) No.1925 of 2023 and obtained an order of interim stay of operation of the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, through the Honourable Division Bench of this Court, dated 01.11.2023.

2. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this contempt petition, incase he succeeds in the said writ appeal.
