O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.4 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent. It is a matrimonial complaint.

2. The parties have filed a memo of compromise jointly. The de-facto complainant Chella Prema is present in person. She has been duly identified by her counsel namely R.Jenifar Bibin. Before this Court, a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) has been paid by way of Demand Draft to the de-facto complainant. A copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18902 of 2021 the same is enclosed in the typed set of papers. The de-facto complainant does not wish to pursue the matter. In view of the same, the impugned FIR is quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
