This Civil Revision Petition is filed to to set aside the fair order and Decreetal, dated 19.06.2018 passed in I.P.No.79 of 2018 in A.S.No.53 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the appeal itself was disposed of on 07.03.2020 and the Second Appeal also filed.
3. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
