The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to implement the order passed by the second respondent in Ni.Mu.No.E-2379905/2024/G5 dated 28.11.2024 and make proper sub division in respect of the property situate in Survey No.167/11 by considering his representation dated 12.07.2025. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since 2/6
no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
3.It is seen from the typed set of papers, the second respondent in his order dated 28.11.2024 directed the third respondent to cancel the earlier sub division effected in respect of the property in S.No.167/11, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District. He further directed the fourth respondent to issue notice to the interested parties and effect fresh sub division based on the documents submitted by them. Though the said order was passed by the second respondent as early as on 28.11.2024, till date the third and fourth respondents failed to implement the same. Therefore, the petitioner submitted the representation before the respondents 2 to 4 on 12.07.2025 seeking implementation of the order passed by the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the respondents 3 and 4 will implement the order passed by the second respondent in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 3/6
5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third and fourth respondents are directed to implement the order passed by the second respondent after hearing the petitioner, fifth respondent and other interested parties, if there is no other legal impediment for the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
