This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the life of the petitioner, her husband and her in-laws by considering the representation, dated 09.07.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 09.07.2018, the respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed. 3.At this juncture, police protection cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
