ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a dismissed Driver of the second respondent Panchayat Union seeking a Mandamus to consider his appeal presented to the first respondent.

2. A perusal of the records reveals that, the petitioner herein, who was working as a Jeep Driver was dismissed from service by the Commissioner, Panchayat Union by way of proceedings, dated 30.10.2024. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the first respondent on 29.05.2025 by way of a representation. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to treat the representation of the petitioner, [incase if the same has been received by the Office], dated 29.05.2025 as an appeal and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
