ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order of rejection in Un-Numbered E.A. of 2018 in E.P.No.80 of 2010 in ARC.No.23 of 2003 dated 18.06.2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the main execution application in E.A.No.17 of 2018, which was filed for setting aside the sale, was dismissed and consequently, sale was confirmed and sale certificate has already been issued and that the execution petition in E.P.No.80 of 2010 was ordered to be terminated and he has also produced the copy of the order passed in E.P.No.80 of 2010 in ARC.No.23 of 2003 dated 13.07.2018 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
