JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant not present and there is no representation for the appellant. This Court ordered fresh notice to the respondent on 17.09.2025. But till date batta not paid. This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is of the year 2018. The appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal further.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
