Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

Considering the difficulty pleaded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not in a position to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as ordered by this Court and considering the fact that he is in jail for the last 105 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this Court, dated 27.06.2024 to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to credit of Crime No.316 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.316 of 2024. The other conditions remain un-altered.

2. This petition is ordered accordingly.
