Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records related to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.(A7) 7839-2012 dated 02.05.2018 and quash the same, insofar as directing the parties to get relief before the civil Court is concerned and consequently direct the 10th respondent to enter petitioner's name in the Town Survey Register in respect of the property situated in T.S.No.2/1 and 2/2, corresponding to the revenue entry in Patta No.312.
