O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to give a police protection for my life and limb and doing renovation work especially construct arch in the Kallarai Vaikkal Muniyappasamy Temple based on the representation dated 27.08.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner enquiry is undertaken. It is an issue regarding temple administration. During the course of enquiry, it is stated that with regard to the temple administration, they will workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. However, it appears that the petitioner does not belongs to the present Village and not related to the above said administration of the temple. Hence, this Court is of the view that this writ petition has been filed unnecessarily.

3.In view of the above nothing survives for further consideration in this case.
