Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ASHOK PADMARAJ M, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.12714 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are having a daughter at the age of 20 years with 85% of mental retardation and they have to take care of their special child and 24 hours care is very much necessary and that the petitioners should have travelled 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach the respondent Police and therefore, the conditions imposed directing them to appear and sign before the respondent police may be modified. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and they are directed to appear before the respondent

Police as and when required. Time is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
