Heard Mr. R.G.Shankar Ganesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First, Second and Fourth Respondents and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, Learned Standing Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for directing the Second and Third Respondents to consider his representations dated 14.02.2014, 13.06.2015, 2/5

20.06.2016 to transfer the tenancy in his favour in respect of an extent of 726 sq.feet out of the total extent of 2200 sq.feet in the property comprised in Door No.346, Usilai Road, Tirumangalam, Madurai District. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent, on instructions, states that the representations dated 14.02.2014, 13.06.2015. 20.06.2016 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by Order Na.Ka.No.458/2014/E5 dated 07.12.2022 and its copy has been produced. In view of the subsequent events after filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration, but if the Petitioner has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 4.
