ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to issue a direction to the third respondent to submit the enquiry report to the first respondent and to expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 18.06.2022, within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the petitioner's application, enquiry report has been already sent by the third respondent to the first respondent to take further action.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
