Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14 A (2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 2015 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2521 of 2024 in Crime No.92 of 2024 on the file of the II Additional District Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli dated 09.07.2024 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Prabu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.side )for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No. 829 of 2022 on 14.08.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A. (MD).No.829 of 2022 on 14.08.2024 is relaxed in toto.
