ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that for the very same relief, the petitioner has moved the anticipatory bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13740 of 2023. Since the petition enquiry is pending, on 04.08.2023, this Court after hearing both side counsels, has issued a some directions.

2. The respondent police is directed to comply with the directions passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13740 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023. Without noticing the same, the petitioner has filed this petition by engaging new counsel.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
