The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing this petitioner under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the fifth respondent has lodged a complaint through the District Collector on 26.05.2025 and the same was enquired by the respondent police and it was closed on 28.05.2025, as the dispute is civil in nature, by advising the parties to work out their remedy before the appropriate civil Forum.
