Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent had already filed civil suit in O.S.No.129 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Aranthangi and obtained an interim order in his favour. The stand of the respondents is that the writ petitioner is none other than the son of one of the respondents and that the writ petition has been filed by suppressing the said fact.

3. I cannot go into this controversy. I only direct the fourth 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.22941 OF 2022 respondent to take steps to ensure that the house of the writ petitioner is not inundated due to water logging. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
