[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the encroachments made by the

respondents 4 to 7 have been removed pursuant to the filing of this Writ Petition and hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission and endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
