PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned District Munsif Judge, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2021, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2021. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the defendant in the suit filed by the deceased respondent, seeking for permanent injunction in O.S.No.46 of 2021, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.
3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs thelearned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.46 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible. 2/5
5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
