ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest and costs, which was deposited by the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that they are only disputing 50% of the award amount and they are not having any objections to withdraw remaining 50% of the amount.

4. Considering the above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount with accrued interest and costs that was deposited by the first respondent before the Tribunal as per the apportionment fixed by the Tribunal on giving necessary undertakings.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
