ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.9 of 2021 dated 5.5.2021 on the file of the 1/4

1st Respondent quash the same as against the Petitioner/Accused no.8 is concerned.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli on 03.05.2023 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1850 of 2023.

3. In view of the developments, the matter has become infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the final report.

4.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
