This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to appoint a Superior Police Officer for the investigation of a case in Crime No.183 of 2018 registered by the second respondent under his direct supervision and to file the final report. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.183 of 2018. After completion of investigation, the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' on 14.10.2018 and Referred Charge Sheet notice has been served to the petitioner on 20.10.2018.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Magistrate Court in the manner known to law.
