ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2025 dismissed on 25.02.2025 on the file of the learned Additional Principal Special Court for E.C. And NDPS Act Cases, Madurai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
