ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 138 of 2023, pending on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial 1/4

Magistrate, Peraiyur within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the defendants in OS No.138 of 2023 and the respondent is the plaintiff and he filed the suit for permanent injunction. However since the suit is pending from the year 2023 and hence, prays for early disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.138/2023 as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
