This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned district Munsif court, singampunari, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 98 of 2019 with stipulated time that may be fixed by this court. ORDER:This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 16/12/2021 and directly the court below to dispose of the case in OS.No. 98 Of 2019, within a period of six months and the requisition letter dated 30.06.2022 in D.No. 1039 of 2022, submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, this court made the following order:

The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, sent a letter dated 30.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.98 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.12.2021.
