ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2024 and grant permission to allow the Vinayagar Chathurti Vijarsan to pass through the 4 Cart Streets, Kottaikulam Dindigul District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that they have already granted permission for installation as well as procession in the same route, in which the procession was taken in the earlier years and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the Inspector of Police, dated 05.09.2024.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
